White Elephant Sale Donations
We are accepting donations of new and used items for our White Elephant Sale. We accept most items, excluding large things (furniture, lamps and exercise equipment) and clothing. So, as you clean closets and attics, and wonder what to do with the items left over from your garage sale, please remember the HSWC. Thoughtful donations, please. In the past, we’ve received donations of cracked and chipped glassware, musty books and half-burned candles. These are of as little use to us as they are to you, and the disposal costs to the HSWC are growing.
Donations are accepted at the shelter during normal busi-ness hours between Wednesday, July 5 and Saturday, August 5.
